Special Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are able to order. Special Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks. If the item is currently backordered at the factory or needs to be imported, then we will ship the item as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
