International Orders

We are partnered with Shopify to provide a safe and reliable international shopping experience for all customers. We offer prices in local currencies with various payment methods available. Due to the complexity of international shipping we are not able to provide any estimates on local taxes or customs fees. It will be your responsibility to pay any required taxes or customs when your item arrives.


Shipping
International shipping is provided by DHL, UPS and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered.

Processing Times
We aim to ship orders by the next business day and always strive to provide the best service possible. Please note, we do not normally ship items on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.


Delayed Orders
We know how eager our fellow hobbyists are to get their latest products, but unfortunately shipping delays can happen. Try to allow some time for packages to arrive as usually most issues are tracking errors or end up being delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
