International Orders
We are partnered with Shopify and eGlobal to provide a safe and reliable international shopping experience. We offer local payment methods with duties and tax paid as required on all orders. For most countries this means the customs fees and VAT / local taxes are included in the price, and the price you see is the price you pay. For countries that do not allow pre-paid customs fees, you will be advised if any customs fees are required after your local customs has processed the order.
Shipping
International shipping is provided by UPS and DHL with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered. All packages receive customs pre-clearance and travel seamlessly through border checks with no chance of hold-ups or surprise fees.

Processing Times
We aim to ship orders by the next business day and always strive to provide the best service possible. Please note, we do not normally ship items on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.
Delayed Orders
We know how eager our fellow hobbyists are to get their latest products, but unfortunately shipping delays can happen. Try to allow some time for packages to arrive as usually most issues are tracking errors or end up being delivered within a reasonable timeframe. If you are experiencing issues or extended delays, please contact us and we’ll see if we can help.
Pre-Orders / Back Orders
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Pre-Orders or Back Orders to international customers at this time. Orders are available for all items that are currently in stock. Please check back when the items you wish to purchase are in stock.
