For orders that qualify for Free Shipping the most cost effective tracked shipping option available will be provided. 

For orders that qualify for a Free Shipping Upgrade, the expedited service will be provided at no extra cost.

For orders that qualify for Free
Shipping Upgrades, select the lowest cost shipping option available during checkout and we'll upgrade your service to UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost.

International Customers

For International Rewards Members, Rewards Credit is now calculated using the item price paid and issued in the currency used for payment.

Limitations & Exclusions

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

We do our best to extend Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories, but we cannot guarantee it with large or bulky orders. If Free Shipping is not feasible, then we will offer a pro-rated shipping rate to cover the additional cost.

This limitation also applies to all UPS Ground upgrades. If an upgrade is not feasible, then we will offer a USPS based alternative.

PO Boxes

We are unable to provide Free Shipping on large or bulky orders to PO Boxes. To receive Free Shipping please provide a residential street address for your order. If you would like us to ship to the PO Box, then we will offer a pro-rated shipping rate to cover the additional cost.

Combining Discounts

Rewards can now be earned on any orders that receive automatic discounts or when using discount codes.

Installment Plans

We are happy to offer customers the ability to pay with installments, but due to the higher transactions costs we are unable to provide Rewards Credit on these orders.

Rewards Program Terms

Rewards are earned on the items you purchase and do not include shipping or taxes. Rewards Credit will be applied to your account when we process your order for fulfillment. Rewards are issued according to the Rewards Policy in effect at the time your order is fulfilled. You can review your rewards balance on the profile page of your customer account. To redeem your rewards, simply check the box to ‘Apply Rewards Credit’ during checkout.
