Import Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are in the process of being imported. Factory Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are available to be imported directly from the manufacturer. Factory Orders are offered with a discount and are then handled as an Import Order. These options allow you to secure items early and make sure you get exactly what you want.
Import Order Experience
By placing an Import Order you are purchasing the item now and it will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will receive a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. For U.S. customers, you can add items to this order at any time to enjoy Free Shipping on orders of $99.99+. We aim to ship Import Orders the same day we receive them.
Availability Estimates & Product Details
We will keep estimated arrival dates updated as we receive new information from the manufacturer. However, arrival dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or other factors outside our control. The product pages are regularly updated with the latest available release estimates and product details.
Import Order Shipping
Import Order items are available to ship with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You can let us know how you would like your order shipped, or we will provide the most cost effective tracked shipping option available.
We will send a notification when the item(s) are about to become available. For U.S. customers, you can add items to this order at any time to enjoy Free Shipping on orders of $99.99+.

Holding an order
If you are looking to combine separate orders or save on shipping, then we are happy to hold any order for up to 180 days. We will ship your order whenever you choose, or after 180 days has passed.
When your order arrives, full payment is required for us to hold your order. Held orders can be cancelled at any time, but cancellations 5 days or more after payment has been made can only be refunded as store credit.
If your order later qualifies for Free Shipping then we will refund any shipping costs on your original order.
