Special Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are able to order. Special Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks. We aim to ship Special Orders the same day we receive them.

Items listed for Special Order are expected to be available from a manufacturer or distributor with stock in the U.S. If your item is not available then we will let you know and you can choose whether you would like to wait for your item to become available as a Back Order, or if you'd prefer to cancel your order.

New / Unused

Parts are taken from a new and unused car. They do not include any manufacturer packaging.

Shipping within the United States and U.S. territories is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, all in-stock items listed with Free Shipping and orders valued at $99.99 or more qualify for Free Shipping! 

We aim to ship orders by the next business day and always strive to provide the best service possible. Please note, we do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We are partnered with Shopify to provide a safe and reliable international shopping experience for all customers.

Due to the complexity of international shipping we are not able to provide any estimates on local taxes or customs fees. It will be your responsibility to pay any required taxes or customs when your item arrives.

International shipping is provided by UPS and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered. 

If during checkout your items and shipping costs are split into two parts, we will combine the order and update the shipping accordingly.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
