Cancellation Policy

All orders may be changed or canceled at any time prior to shipping. We do not charge your selected payment method until your order is processed for shipping. Canceled orders may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Once an order has been marked as shipped cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

For Pre-Orders, Special Orders, Back Orders, or other inbound items that have been confirmed as arriving soon and have already been charged, a 5% cancellation fee may apply when refunding to the original payment method. This fee is waived when refunding to store credit.

For customers taking advantage of our Hold Order & Ship Later service, please note cancellations requested 5 days or more after payment has been made can only be refunded as store credit.

We reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee in cases of frequent last-minute cancellations.
