Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or canceled at any time prior to shipping. Any requests made after an item has been marked as shipped are not guaranteed to be applied.

Canceled orders can be refunded with store credit or to the original payment method.

No fees are passed on to the customer when refunding to the original payment method, but we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee to cover transactions costs in cases where an excessive number of cancellation requests are made.
