Cancellation Policy

All orders may be changed or canceled at any time prior to shipping. We do not process payments until we process your order. Cancelations are not guaranteed after an order has been marked as shipped. 

Canceled orders can be refunded with store credit or back to the original payment method. 

For all Pre-Orders, Back Orders, Factory, Inbound, and Special Orders if you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee when refunding back to the original payment method. This fee is waived when refunding to store credit.
