Cancellation Policy

All orders may be changed or canceled at any time prior to shipping. We do not charge your selected payment method until your order is processed for shipping. Canceled orders may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Once an order has been marked as shipped cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

For Pre-Orders, Special Orders, Back Orders, Factory Orders, or other inbound items that have been confirmed as arriving soon and have already been charged, a 5% restocking fee may apply when refunding to the original payment method. This fee is waived when choosing store credit.

We reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee in cases of frequent last-minute cancellations.
