Return Policy

Domestic Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.

Received Wrong Item

If you receive the wrong item, we will provide a return label and exchange the item free of charge after receipt of the returned item.

If you prefer to return the item for a refund, we offer either store credit for the value of the item +5% extra, or a full refund to the original payment method. We will issue the preferred refund type upon receipt of the item.


Received Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, we will provide a return label and exchange the item free of charge after receipt of the returned item.

Please document and retain the original shipping materials to ensure a claim can be filed with the shipping service. The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it - new, unused, and in its original packaging.

This policy does not apply to cracks in display cases or small defects in the finish of products as this is not covered by manufacturer warranties.


Defective Items
If you receive an item that becomes defective during normal use then we recommend contacting the manufacturer to inquire about repairs and replacement. Most manufacturers offer a limited 1-year warranty.

If you wish to return an item that is used, but defective then we offer store credit for the value of the item minus shipping costs. The original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable, this includes the shipping cost incurred if you received free shipping.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with clear information provided on the defect. Upon receipt of the return the item will be inspected and a refund issued based upon its condition. If the item is found to be different to what was originally sent, or if there is evidence that the defect has been caused by modification or abuse then the return will be rejected.


All Other Return Reasons
For all other returns the item must be in the same condition that you received it - new, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that the original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable, this includes the shipping cost incurred if you received free shipping.

We offer either store credit for the value of the return, or a refund to the original payment method with a 5% restocking fee applied. 

Upon receipt of the return, the item will be inspected and a refund issued based upon its condition. If the item is not in new condition, an additional 20% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like liquids, perishable goods, or hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Used Items
Returns are not accepted on items sold as used as all sales are final.


Gift Cards
Returns are not accepted on gift cards as all sales are final.


Display Cases
We know how important it is for our fellow hobbyists to have that perfect collection which is why we offer a variety of replacement display cases for sale. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns based upon a display case being damaged during shipping. If you would like to seek reimbursement from the shipping service then you will need to document and retain the original shipping materials to ensure a claim can be filed. Contact us and we can assist you with completing this process.

If you purchase an individual display case and receive it damaged during shipping, please document and retain the original shipping materials to ensure a claim can be filed with the shipping service. We do not accept returns on damaged display cases, but we do offer a store credit for the value of the display case once we have received this documentation.


Return Process
To start a return, please contact us and let us know the reason for your return request and provide the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Upon receipt of the return, the item will be inspected and a refund issued based upon its condition. If the item is not in new condition, an additional restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.

For returns where the original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, these will be deducted from the refund. 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not conform with the return policy.


Rewards Program
When returning an item for a refund, any rewards credit issued for the item will be deducted from your rewards balance. If the rewards credit has already been spent then the amount will be deducted from the refund. 


Refunds & Store Credit
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If store credit or a refund will be issued it will be processed immediately. For refunds to the original payment method this should be reflected within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
