Special Order Information
Special Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are able to order. We greatly appreciate customers taking the time to Special Order items as it helps us know that you want an item and lets us order accordingly.
Special Order Experience
By placing a Special Order you are requesting us to order an item from a manufacturer or distributor with stock available in the U.S. These items are usually received and available to ship within 1-2 weeks. We aim to ship Special Orders the same day we receive them.
Item Availability
Items listed for Special Order are expected to be available to order from a manufacturer or distributor with stock in the U.S. If your item is not available then we will let you know and you can choose whether you would like to wait for your item to become available as a Back Order, or if you'd prefer to cancel your order.
Special Order Shipping
Special Order items are available to ship with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You can let us know how you would like your order shipped, or we will provide the most cost effective tracked shipping option available.

Holding an order
If you are looking to combine separate orders or save on shipping, then we are happy to hold any order for up to 180 days. We will ship your order whenever you choose, or after 180 days has passed.
You can let us know how you would like your order shipped, or we will provide the most cost effective tracked shipping option available. If your order later qualifies for Free Shipping then we will refund any shipping costs on your original order.
Full payment is required for us to hold your order. Held orders can be cancelled at any time, but cancellations made after 5 days can only be refunded as store credit.
Rewards Members
Rewards Credit will be provided according to your Rewards tier and the Rewards Policy in effect at the time your order is fulfilled.
