Special Order Information
Special Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are able to order. We greatly appreciate customers taking the time to Special Order items as it helps us know that you want an item and lets us order accordingly.
Special Order Experience
By placing a Special Order you are requesting us to order an item from a manufacturer or distributor with stock available in the U.S. We will add these items to our next order with them, and the items are usually received and available to ship within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes there may be a delay on the order due to a wait on availability or includes newly releasing items. We aim to ship Special Orders the same day we receive them.
Item Availability
Items listed for Special Order are expected to be available to order from a manufacturer or distributor with stock in the U.S. If your item is not available then we will let you know and you can choose whether you would like to wait for your item to become available, or if you'd prefer to cancel your order.
Rewards Members
Rewards Credit will be provided according to your Rewards tier and the Rewards Policy in effect at the time your order is fulfilled.
