Pre-Order Information
Pre-Order items are products that have not been released yet, but are available to be ordered from the manufacturer. Our Pre-Orders include no charge up front - we only send an invoice for the item when we have confirmed that we are about to receive it. We greatly appreciate customers taking the time to Pre-Order items as it helps us know that you want an item and lets us order accordingly.
Pre-Order Experience
By placing a Pre-Order you are agreeing to purchase the item when it becomes available. You will receive a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. For U.S. customers Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time. We aim to ship Pre-Orders the same day we receive them.
Release Estimates & Product Details
We are only able to provide a limited estimate on when Pre-Order items will be released. Availability dates and prices are estimates only and subject to change from the manufacturer. The product pages are regularly updated with the latest release estimates and product details. We will not be able to provide any more information than what we already share.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-Order items are available to ship with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You can let us know how you would like your order shipped, or we will provide the most cost effective tracked shipping option available.
We will send a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. Free Shipping is offered to U.S. customers for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

If you add to your order and qualify for Free Shipping then we will refund any shipping costs.
Holding an order
If you are looking to combine separate orders or save on shipping, then we are happy to hold any order for up to 180 days. We will ship your order whenever you choose, or after 180 days has passed.
When your order arrives, full payment is required for us to hold your order. Held orders can be cancelled at any time, but cancellations 5 days or more after payment has been made can only be refunded as store credit.
If your order later qualifies for Free Shipping then we will refund any shipping costs on your original order.
Rewards Members
We want to thank Rewards Members for Pre-Ordering items as we greatly appreciate it! We currently offer up to 5% Rewards Credit for Pre-Orders on Carrera, Pioneer, and SCX products. Unfortunately, some distributors do not allow us to offer incentives on Pre-Orders, so we provide standard Rewards Credit for your tier on these brands.
Rewards Credit will be provided according to your Rewards tier and the Rewards Policy in effect at the time your order is fulfilled.
