Special Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are able to order from a manufacturer. If you place a special order we will forward the order to the manufacturer and if the item is available in the United States we can usually ship the item within 1-2 weeks. If the item is currently backordered at the factory or needs to be imported, then we will ship the item as soon as it becomes available.

New / Unused

New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible. Please note that some manufacturers do not seal their products at the factory or they may have a packaging variant that is not sealed.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We are partnered with Shopify and eGlobal to provide a safe and reliable international shopping experience. We offer local payment methods with duties and tax paid as required on all orders. This means the price you see is the price you pay - no surprise customs fees and VAT / local taxes included in the price where applicable.

International shipping is provided by UPS and DHL with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered. All packages receive customs pre-clearance and travel seamlessly through border checks with no chance of hold-ups or surprise fees.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
