Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders
Shipping within the United States and U.S. territories is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We are partnered with Shopify to provide calculated shipping rates for USPS and UPS with the best possible price available for the items you order.  

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, all in-stock items listed with Free Shipping and orders valued at $99.99 or more qualify for Free Shipping! 

Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered. Free Shipping will always utilize the most cost effective tracked shipping option available. 


Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We do our best to extend Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories, but we cannot guarantee it with large or bulky orders. If Free Shipping is not feasible, then we will offer a pro-rated shipping rate to cover the additional cost.


PO Boxes
We are unable to provide Free Shipping on large or bulky orders to PO Boxes. To receive Free Shipping please provide a residential street address for your order. If you would like us to ship to the PO Box, then we will offer a pro-rated shipping rate to cover the additional cost.


International Orders

Processing Times
We aim to ship orders by the next business day and always strive to provide the best service possible. Please note, we do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.


Delayed Orders
We know how eager our fellow hobbyists are to get their latest products, but unfortunately shipping delays can happen. Try to allow some time for packages to arrive as usually most issues are tracking errors or end up being delivered within a reasonable timeframe. If you are experiencing issues or extended delays, please contact us and we’ll see if we can help.
