Pre-Order items are products that have not been released yet, but are available to be ordered from the manufacturer.

By placing a Pre-Order and paying now you are locking in the price you pay. We guarantee that the price will not increase if the cost of the item goes up. In addition, we will ensure you receive our lowest price on release day if it drops. Any available savings will be provided as Rewards Credit when the item ships.

You will receive a notification when the item(s) are being imported or about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time. Pre-Orders are shipped the same day we receive them.

We are only able to provide a limited estimate on when these items will be released. These dates are estimates only and subject to change from the manufacturer. The product page is regularly updated with the latest available release estimates and product details. We will not be able to provide any more information than what we share here already.

International Customers

Pre-Orders are available to international customers, but with the pay later option only. By placing a Pre-Order set to pay later you are agreeing to purchase the item when it becomes available.

Pre-Orders are shipped the same day we receive them.

Pre-Order items not listed with Free Shipping are available to order with calculated shipping through UPS or USPS. Free Shipping is available when you order over $100 in Pre-Order items.

You will receive a notification when the item(s) are being imported or about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

If Pre-Orders can be shipped with another order then we will combine the shipping automatically. If an order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund any shipping costs.

New / Unused

New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible. Please note that some manufacturers do not seal their products at the factory or they may have a packaging variant that is not sealed.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We are partnered with Shopify to provide a safe and reliable international shopping experience for all customers.

Due to the complexity of international shipping we are not able to provide any estimates on local taxes or customs fees. It will be your responsibility to pay any required taxes or customs when your item arrives.

International shipping is provided by UPS, DHL, and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
