Amanda's Hobbies is a family-owned business operated by a small team of enthusiastic hobbyists. Based in Virginia, USA, we founded Amanda's Hobbies in 2024 with a simple goal: to build the kind of hobby store we always wished existed. As collectors and hobbyists ourselves, we wanted to create a place that offers knowledgeable service, carefully selected products, fair prices, and a genuine passion.
Our personal interests cover a wide range of hobbies, from slot cars and scale models to die-cast vehicles and other collectibles. We personally are especially passionate about 1/32 scale slot cars, 1/72 scale die-cast and scale model aircraft, and 1/350 scale warships.

We work directly with Carrera-Revell of North America and aim to carry their complete line up of products. We specialize in helping to support Carrera fans with parts and options not available anywhere else.
Scale Competition Xtreme (SCX)
We have a growing relationship with SCX and import directly from their Factory in Shenzhen, China or their distribution center in Barcelona, Spain. We aim to carry the complete line up of products by SCX and are committed to bringing SCX back to the United States.
Other Slot Car Brands
We're fans of lots of brands in the slot car world and hope to continue establishing new working relationships. For all other brands, we utilize a variety of U.S. based distributors to source models and parts. If there is something that you'd like us to stock, then just let us know and we'll work to make it happen.
