Factory Order Information
Factory Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are available to be imported directly from the manufacturer. Factory Orders are offered with a discount and for a limited time, then handled as an Import Order. This option gives you access to ALL available inventory and allows you to secure items early and make sure you get exactly what you want.
Factory Order Experience
By placing an Factory Order you are purchasing the item now and it will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will receive a notification when your order is about to arrive. For U.S. customers, you can add items to this order at any time to enjoy Free Shipping on orders of $99.99+. We aim to ship these orders the same day we receive them.

We will keep estimated arrival dates updated as we receive new information from the manufacturer. However, arrival dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or other factors outside our control.
