All custom build cars are brand new and unused models that are modified to your preference. Depending upon availability the model provided may originally have been a digital or analog version, but it will be converted to the correct specifications as requested.

Factory Order items are products that we do not have in stock, but are available to order directly from the factory. If you purchase this item we will add it to our next import order from the manufacturer. Imports will be placed based upon demand for the brand.

By placing a Factory Order you are agreeing to purchase the item when we place our order with the manufacturer. Availability dates and prices are estimates only and subject to change from the manufacturer. When we place the factory order, the import process will usually take several weeks, but once completed we ship items the same day we receive them. Rewards Credit will be provided according to the Rewards Policy in effect at the time the order is fulfilled.

You will receive a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

Factory Orders are shipped the same day we receive them.

Factory Order items not listed with Free Shipping will be shipped with the lowest cost option from either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Calculated shipping options are also available from UPS.

You will receive a notification when the item(s) are being imported or about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

If Factory Orders can be shipped with another order then we will combine the shipping automatically. If an order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund any shipping costs.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We are partnered with Shopify to provide a safe and reliable international shopping experience for all customers.

Due to the complexity of international shipping we are not able to provide any estimates on local taxes or customs fees. It will be your responsibility to pay any required taxes or customs when your item arrives.

International shipping is provided by UPS, DHL, and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
