Factory Order items are products that we do not have in stock, but are available to order directly from the factory. If you purchase this item we will add it to our next import order from the manufacturer. Imports will be placed based upon demand for the brand - so if you want to receive items sooner, show some support for the brand!

By placing a Factory Order you are locking in the price you pay by paying up front. We guarantee that the price will not increase if the cost of the item goes up. In addition, we will ensure you receive our lowest price if it drops. Any available savings will be provided as Rewards Credit when the item ships.

The product page is regularly updated with the latest product availability estimate.

The import process will usually take several weeks, but once completed we ship Factory Orders the same day we receive them.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Factory Orders to international customers at this time.

We are trying to make the process for Factory Orders simple and streamlined. Factory Order items not listed with Free Shipping are available to order with either a flat-rate shipping fee; calculated shipping through UPS; or Free Shipping when you order over $100 in Factory Order items.

The import process will usually take several weeks, but once completed we ship Factory Orders the same day we receive them.

If Factory Orders can be shipped with another order then we will combine the shipping automatically. If an order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund the shipping costs. Any available savings will be provided as Rewards Credit when the item ships.

We notify all Factory Order customers when their items are about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time. If additional items bring your order total over $100 then we will refund any shipping costs directly at this time.

New / Unused

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
