Back Order items are products that we do not have in stock and are currently back ordered with the manufacturer.

By placing a Back Order you are agreeing to purchase the item when it becomes available. You will receive a notification when the item(s) are being imported or about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time. Back Orders are shipped the same day we receive them.

We are only able to provide a limited estimate on when these items will be restocked. These dates are estimates only and subject to change from the manufacturer. The product page is regularly updated with the latest product availability estimate. We will not be able to provide any more information than what we share here already.

Back Order items not listed with Free Shipping will be shipped with the lowest cost option from either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Calculated shipping options are also available from UPS.

You will receive a notification when the item(s) are being imported or about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

If Back Orders can be shipped with another order then we will combine the shipping automatically. If an order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund any shipping costs.

New / Unused

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

Due to the complexity of international shipping we are not able to provide any estimates on local taxes or customs fees. It will be your responsibility to pay any required taxes or customs when your item arrives.

International shipping is provided by UPS, DHL, and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
