Back Order items are products that we do not have in stock and either need to be imported or are currently back ordered with the manufacturer.

By placing a Back Order you are agreeing to purchase the item when it becomes available. You will receive a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. For U.S. customers Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

We are only able to provide a limited estimate on when Back Order items will become available. Items listed with a short Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) are expected to become available soon. Items with a distant or To Be Determined (TBD) ETA will involve a prolonged wait.

Back Order items are available to ship with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You can let us know how you would like your order shipped, or we will provide the most cost effective tracked shipping option available.

Shipping within the United States and U.S. territories is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, all in-stock items listed with Free Shipping and orders valued at $99.99 or more qualify for Free Shipping! 

We aim to ship orders by the next business day and always strive to provide the best service possible. Please note, we do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

International shipping is provided by UPS and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
