Import Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are in the process of being imported.

Factory Order items are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are available to be imported from the manufacturer. Factory Orders are offered with a discount and are then handled as an Import Order.

By placing an order, you are purchasing the item now and it will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will receive a notification when the item(s) are expected to arrive. For U.S. customers, you can add items to this order at any time to enjoy Free Shipping on orders of $99.99+.

We will keep estimated arrival dates updated as we receive new information from the manufacturer. However, arrival dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or other factors outside our control.

New / Unused

New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible. Please note that some manufacturers do not seal their products at the factory or they may have a packaging variant that is not sealed.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

Shipping within the United States and U.S. territories is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, all in-stock items listed with Free Shipping and orders valued at $99.99 or more qualify for Free Shipping! 

We aim to ship orders by the next business day and always strive to provide the best service possible. Please note, we do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We are partnered with Shopify to provide a safe and reliable international shopping experience for all customers.

Due to the complexity of international shipping we are not able to provide any estimates on local taxes or customs fees. It will be your responsibility to pay any required taxes or customs when your item arrives.

International shipping is provided by UPS and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
