Parts Request Information
Parts that are listed as Available to Request are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are able to order. Our Parts Request orders include no charge up front - we only send an invoice for the item when we have confirmed that we are about to receive it. We want to be able to stock all the parts that you are interested in and greatly appreciate customers taking the time to request items.
Parts Request Experience
By placing a Parts Request you are requesting us to order an item from a manufacturer or distributor and agreeing to purchase the item when it becomes available. You will receive a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. For U.S. customers Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time. We aim to ship Back Orders the same day we receive them.
Item Availability
Items listed as Available to Request are expected to be available to order from a manufacturer or distributor with stock in the U.S. If your item is not available then we will let you know and you can choose whether you would like to wait for your item to become available as a Back Order, or if you'd prefer to cancel your order.
Parts Request Shipping
Requested items are available to ship with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You can let us know how you would like your order shipped, or we will provide the most cost effective tracked shipping option available.
We will send a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. Free Shipping is offered to U.S. customers for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

Holding an order
If you are looking to combine separate orders or save on shipping, then we are happy to hold any order for up to 180 days. We will ship your order whenever you choose, or after 180 days has passed.
You can let us know how you would like your order shipped, or we will provide the most cost effective tracked shipping option available. If your order later qualifies for Free Shipping then we will refund any shipping costs on your original order.
Full payment is required for us to hold your order. Held orders can be cancelled at any time, but cancellations made after 5 days can only be refunded as store credit.
Rewards Members
We want to thank Rewards Members for taking the time to place a Parts Request order. We will treat all Parts Requests like placing a Back Order - which currently offers up to 5% Rewards Credit, as well as a Free UPS Ground Upgrade for Silver & Gold tier Rewards Members.
Rewards Credit will be provided according to your Rewards tier and the Rewards Policy in effect at the time your order is fulfilled.
