Pre-Order items are products that have not been released yet, but are available to be ordered from the manufacturer.

By placing a Pre-Order set to pay later you are agreeing to purchase the item when it becomes available. You will receive a notification when the item(s) are being imported or about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time. Pre-Orders are shipped the same day we receive them.

We are only able to provide a limited estimate on when these items will be released. These dates are estimates only and subject to change from the manufacturer. The product page is regularly updated with the latest available release estimates and product details. We will not be able to provide any more information than what we share here already.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Pre-Orders to international customers at this time.

Pre-Orders are shipped the same day we receive them.

Pre-Order items not listed with Free Shipping will be shipped with the lowest cost option from either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Calculated shipping options are also available from UPS.

You will receive a notification when the item(s) are being imported or about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

If Pre-Orders can be shipped with another order then we will combine the shipping automatically. If an order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund any shipping costs.

New / Unused

New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
