These little cars hold my Carrera track really well, due to the car having a blade guide. I can run these cars at 20-22 volt with my universal power control. This is a great place to purchase from.
If your building a Carrera circuit, this may be the only site where you can find individual sections of track in order to complete you setup. Thankfully I didn't have to buy an entire box of sections to finish my circuit.
We have just recently gotten into slot racing. I will tell you hands down that this is the place to shop! We started our journey buying our tracks through Amazon and Carrera. It took forever to get items. Shipping dates pushed off so far that Amazon asked if we wanted to cancel our order. I was frustrated to say the least. Then we found Amanda's Hobbies. This box set was perfect for what I needed. I can use everything that comes with the set for my future layout. Couldn't be more pleased with Amanda's Hobbies or Carrera. I believe that Carrera makes the best platform for slot car racing and the possibilities are endless as for how far you can take it.
I'm very happy with being able to have options when I buy a car. No tire no magnet etc etc so that I can set it up the way I want it without having to fiddle with the previous manufacturers items that are installed. I think I think this is a fantastic idea. I look forward to buying more slot cars in the future with options.
