Items that are listed as Available to Request, Available to Order from Factory, or Available to Join Wait List are products that we do not currently have in stock, but are able to order.

By placing a Requested Item order you are asking us to order an item from a manufacturer or distributor and agreeing to purchase the item when it becomes available. You will receive a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. For U.S. customers Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

Items listed as Available to Request are expected to be available to order from a manufacturer or distributor with stock in the U.S. If your item is not available then we will let you know and you can choose whether you would like to wait for your item to become available as a Back Order, or if you'd prefer to cancel your order.

Items listed as Available to Request from Factory are expected to be available to order directly from a manufacturer. These items will be added to a regular import order that occurs several times per year.

Items listed as Available to Join Wait List are products with limited availability that will involve a wait time before fulfillment. We are only able to provide a limited estimate on when these items will become available.

Requested items are available to ship with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You can let us know how you would like your order shipped, or we will provide the most cost effective tracked shipping option available.

We will send a notification when the item(s) are about to arrive. Free Shipping is offered to U.S. customers for any additional items you add to your order during this time.

New / Unused

New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

Shipping within the United States and U.S. territories is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, all in-stock items listed with Free Shipping and orders valued at $99.99 or more qualify for Free Shipping! 

We aim to ship orders by the next business day and always strive to provide the best service possible. Please note, we do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We are partnered with Shopify to provide a safe and reliable international shopping experience for all customers.

Due to the complexity of international shipping we are not able to provide any estimates on local taxes or customs fees. It will be your responsibility to pay any required taxes or customs when your item arrives.

International shipping is provided by UPS and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
