Pre-Order items are products that have not been released yet. We are only able to provide a limited estimate on when these items will be released. These dates are estimates only and subject to change from the manufacturer.

By placing a Pre-Order you are locking in the price you pay by paying up front. We guarantee that the price will not increase if the cost of the item goes up. In addition, we will ensure you receive our lowest price on release day if it drops. Any available savings will be provided as Rewards Credit when the item ships.

The product page is regularly updated with the latest available release estimates and product details. We will not be able to provide any more information than what we share here already.

Once the item has been released, they will be shipped as soon as they become available. We ship Pre-Orders the same day we receive them.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Pre-Orders to international customers at this time.

We are trying to make the process for Pre-Orders simple and streamlined. Pre-Order items not listed with Free Shipping are available to order with either a flat-rate shipping fee; calculated shipping through UPS; or Free Shipping when you order over $100 in Pre-Order items.

Once the item has been released, they will be shipped as soon as they become available. We ship Pre-Orders the same day we receive them.

If Pre-Orders can be shipped with another order then we will combine the shipping automatically. If an order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund the shipping costs. Any available savings will be provided as Rewards Credit when the item ships.

We notify all Pre-Order customers when their items are about to arrive. Free Shipping is provided for any additional items you add to your order during this time. If additional items bring your order total over $100 then we will refund any shipping costs directly at this time.

New / Unused

New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
