Back Order items are products that we do not have in stock and are currently back ordered with the manufacturer. We are unable to provide an estimate on when the manufacturer will re-stock these items. Back Orders will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Back Orders to international customers at this time.

We are trying to make the process for Back Orders simple and streamlined. Back Orders are charged a small flat-rate for shipping and we ship items the same day we receive them.

If Back Orders can be shipped with another order, or if several Back Orders are received at the same time we will combine the shipping. If your Back Order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund any shipping.

If you order a large number of Back Order items we will do our best to combine the shipping where possible. We will refund any amount saved once all Back Orders have been shipped.

If you do not want to pay for shipping then sign up to be notified when the item is available and place a normal order to your preference.

New / Unused

Parts will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible. Please note that some manufacturers do not seal their products at the factory or they may have a packaging variant that is not sealed.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
