Pre-Order items are products that have not been released yet. We are only able to provide a limited estimate on when these items will be released. These dates are estimates only and subject to change from the manufacturer.

By placing a Pre-Order you are locking in the price you pay. We guarantee that the price will not increase if the cost of the item goes up. In addition, we will give you our lowest price on release day if it drops. Once the item has been released, they will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Pre-Orders to international customers at this time.

We are trying to make the process for Pre-Orders simple and streamlined. Pre-Orders are charged a small flat-rate for shipping and we ship items the same day we receive them.

If Pre-Orders can be shipped with another order, or if several Pre-Orders are released at the same time we will combine the shipping. If your Pre-Order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund any shipping.

If you order a large number of Pre-Order items we will do our best to combine the shipping where possible. We will refund any amount saved once all Pre-Orders have been shipped.

If you do not want to pay for shipping then sign up to be notified when the item is available and place a normal order to your preference.

New / Unused

New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible. Please note that some manufacturers do not seal their products at the factory or they may have a packaging variant that is not sealed.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
