Sometimes inventory levels with distributors are not accurate and these items are not immediately available. In this case the item will be back ordered and we will notify you. If you do not wish to wait for a back ordered item then we can cancel the order.

Product Requests are shipped the same day we receive them.

Product Request items not listed with Free Shipping will be shipped with the lowest cost option from either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Calculated shipping options are also available from UPS.

If Product Requests can be shipped with another order then we will combine the shipping automatically. If an order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund any shipping costs.

New / Unused

Parts will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible. Please note that some manufacturers do not seal their products at the factory or they may have a packaging variant that is not sealed.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

International shipping is provided by UPS, DHL, and USPS with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
