Replacement high quality Swivel Arm for the Overdrive RSM4 Tire Truer. Designed for removeable wheels that fit 3mm (0.118") axles, the swing arm features the ability to true tires while still on the original wheels. The Tire Truer works with rubber, urethane, sponge / foam, and silicone tires; and is compatible with a variety of popular slot car brands.
