New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible.
If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.
We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
