Shipping Information

We are trying to make the process for Pre-Orders simple and streamlined. Pre-Orders are charged a small flat-rate for shipping and we ship items the same day we receive them.

If Pre-Orders can be shipped with another order, or if several Pre-Orders are released at the same time we will combine the shipping. If your Pre-Order ships with items totaling over $100 then we will refund any shipping.

If you order a large number of Pre-Order items we will do our best to combine the shipping where possible. We will refund any amount saved once all Pre-Orders have been shipped.

Highway Challenge Hybrid Racing Set
The new Carrera Hybrid Racing System is the latest offering from the classic German slot car brand. Combining modern gaming elements with track racing fun, the cars can now race freely over the Hybrid track without the limitation of rails. The new Hybrid cars include automatic track detection, front and rear lights, authentic engine sound effects, and are rechargeable with two included USB-C charging cables. The Hybrid cars can be set to automatically return to the track if you go off, or you can now drive freely outside the race track! Traditional controllers have made way for using a specially developed app on your smartphone or tablet which supports up to 16 players at once. Each vehicle can be individually tuned - acceleration, tire grip, and braking; and the app offers a variety of new challenges, including unlocking new difficulty levels. This set includes a variety of track pieces, and features two 1/50 scale Carrera Hybrid Porsche 911 GT3 R race cars in red and black.

The combination of a start/finish straight, four straight sections as well as eight right-hand and two left-hand corners allows for a varied and dynamic race. Race App

The app specially developed for the set, available for smartphones and tablets, offers intuitive control of the vehicles. Each vehicle can be individually adjusted – from speed to tire grip to braking effect. Realistic engine sounds enhance the racing feeling.
