All custom build cars are brand new and unused models that are modified to your preference.

Depending upon availability the model provided may originally have been a digital or analog version, but it will be converted to the correct specifications as requested.

If you request a display case for a model that is currently unavailable then a substitute display case will be provided with the correct nameplate installed if possible.

All orders of in-stock items over $100 qualify for Free Shipping - No exceptions! 

Shipping within the United States is provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We aim to ship orders by the next business day, but do not normally ship items on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

International shipping is provided by UPS and DHL with calculated shipping rates for the best possible price available for the items you order. Available shipping options will vary based upon your location and the items ordered. All packages receive customs pre-clearance and travel seamlessly through border checks with no chance of hold-ups or surprise fees.

We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold as new.

We offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st.
