New / Unused

New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

Free Shipping is available on all domestic U.S. orders over $100.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays.

Once the item has been received by the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your package; they are solely the customer’s responsibility. We cannot estimate the charges beforehand. Please contact your local authorities to determine these charges before ordering.

Packages returned due to refusal to pay taxes or fees will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We have a 30-day return policy for all U.S. orders. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

We do not accept returns for international orders. 

Received Wrong Item / Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a return label and cover all costs for a full refund.

If you prefer to exchange the item, then we will send a replacement free of charge after receipt of the returned item.

All Other Returns

For all other returns the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Upon receipt of the return the item will be inspected and a refund issued based upon its condition. If the item is not in new condition a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, this includes the shipping cost incurred if you received free shipping. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
