New boxed cars will come factory sealed in their original packaging whenever possible.

If we receive a product where the display case lid has been damaged and there is no replacement available, we will exchange the damaged lid for an equivalent new one from a different model. Sometimes we will receive products from suppliers that are new, but not factory sealed. This is usually when the car is out of production.

Free Shipping is available on all domestic U.S. orders over $100.

Packages returned due to refusal to pay taxes or fees will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We also offer an extended return window for the Holiday Season. Any items purchased between November 1stand December 31stare eligible for return until January 31st.
